Terms and Conditions for Students/Guardians

Mandatory Aadhaar Collection: It is compulsory to collect the Aadhaar card of any tutor you appoint.

Payment Process: For the first two months, all payments to the tutor will be managed by the Bureau. Direct payments to the tutor are strictly prohibited during this period.

Service Fee: The Bureau will charge a service fee of ?200/- along with the first month’s tuition fee. This fee applies to one session only.

Demo Session Policy:

The demo session will be conducted for two days.

Charges for the demo session will apply only if you decide to confirm the tutor.

No charges will be incurred if the demo is not finalized.

Post-Demo Confirmation: After the demo session, you must inform the Bureau whether you wish to continue with the tutor. The next class will be scheduled only after confirmation.

Bureau’s Responsibility & Direct Tie-Ups: If you bypass the Bureau and directly hire the tutor, the Bureau will not be responsible for that tutor in the future. Furthermore, the Bureau will not provide any tutors to you in the future.

For Varanasi City

General Conditions:

1. Fee Payment: Clients must pay 100% of the first month's tuition fee in two annual installments.
2. Payment to Associates (Tutors): Associates receive their first two months' fees from the bureau, not directly from the guardian.
3. Registration Fee: The registration fee is non-refundable.
4. Validity of Registration: Registrations remain valid until February.
5. Short-Term Tuition Fee:
   • A 20% fee applies for short-term tuitions (e.g., exam prep, specific times), capped at a maximum of 5 months' collection.
   • If tuition is missed due to the teacher's fault, only 50% of the fee will be collected.
   • If tuition is missed due to the guardian's personal issue, 20% of the total collection will be taken.
6. No Guarantee of Placement: Registration with the bureau does not guarantee placement or assure tuition. The registration fee is for maintaining records and informing about suitable tuitions.
7. Disciplinary Actions: The bureau reserves the right to take any disciplinary action.
8. Compliance: Associates must comply with all rules and regulations set by the bureau.

• Copy of PAN card or any ID proof
• Copy of mark sheets of all educational certificates
• Copy of address proof

For Other Cities

I hereby declare that I will follow all the rules and regulations laid down by the bureau, failing which the bureau has the right to take any disciplinary action against me.
