Terms and Condition For Varanasi City

1. General Conditions:
• A: Clients must pay 100% of the first month's tuition fee in two installments annually.
• B: Associates (presumably tutors) receive their first two months' fees from the bureau, not from the guardian (client).
• C: The registration fee is non-refundable.
• D: Registrations are valid until February.
• E: A 20% fee is applicable for short-term tuition (during exams or other specified times), up to a maximum of 5 months' collection.(If the reason for missing tuition is the teacher himself then 50% will be taken and if the gardian has any personal issue then 20% will be taken on the total collection.)
• F: Registration with the bureau does not guarantee placement or assure tuition. The registration fee is merely for maintaining records and informing about suitable tuitions.
• G: The bureau reserves the right to take any disciplinary action.
• H: Associates must comply with all rules and regulations set by the bureau.
