Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be requested in writing via email at info@adityatutors.com.
- Cancellations requested within 7 days of service registration may be eligible for a partial refund (subject to conditions).
- No cancellations are accepted after services have commenced or tuition sessions have started.
- The registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- If a refund is deemed eligible, it will be processed within 10-15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
- No refunds are granted for short-term tuition plans or missed sessions.
- In cases where services are canceled due to unforeseen circumstances from our end, a full refund may be provided.
Non-Refundable Items
- Registration fees.
- Fees for completed or ongoing tuition services.
- Special fees for exam-related short-term tuitions.
